Upgrade Aquatic

### 📖 About:
The focus of Upgrade Aquatic is to improve content added in the Update Aquatic, including oceans, rivers, and insomnia. Our intent is to offer unique content, visuals, and gameplay while staying true to the feel of Minecraft. Some notable features are the Thrasher, a fantasy shark-like mob that uses sonar, thrashes anything it can catch in its jaws, and drops crafting ingredients for the trident; Renewable sand via bubble columns below sandstone; and Ocean Ravines spawning Prismarine Coral and Nautilus mobs!

FAQ:
Q: Are there any plans to add meat from (animal name) to the mod?
A:I have no plans to add meat from real life animals to the mod as I don’t think it fits the concept of the mod.
(except:bat) Meat from villagers/Illagers as well.
Q:Can you please add meat for (fantasy mob name)?
A:Of course! Ideas are welcome!
Q:Are you planning to add food for fantasy mobs in the mod (e.g. Alex’s mob)?
A:Not sure, but later, when I run out of food ideas for vanilla mobs, I might consider setting some mods as optional dependencies and making food for them.
Unusual Fish Mod

Unusual Fish Mod
—
**Unusual Fish Mod** adds a plethora of fictional fish and other aquatic creatures to the game, as well as new gear, blocks, and foods!
The unusual fish from this mod can be found in many of the games aquatic biomes. Many of these fish will drop their item form when killed, which can be cooked into a fish fillet, or crafted into one of the culinary delicacies this mod adds. Alternatively, enchanting a fishing rod with the Unusual Catch enchantment will allow the unusual fish to be caught, among other items.
Craft a sea spine block to defend your underwater base, collect ripper teeth after they prey upon another fish, feed a sea pancake for a rare weather shell, or use the volt detector block to track nearby volt anglers for a redstone signal!

Untitled Duck Add-on

### 🪿 **Goose Tweaks**

– **Meat/Fish Pickup Prevention**: Prevents geese from picking up meat and fish items
– **Complete Item Blocking**: Option to prevent geese from picking up any items at all
UnstablePotions
## UnstablePotions
Brewed potions in vanilla Minecraft are predictable — you know exactly what you’ll get every time. **UnstablePotions** changes that. When players brew potions, there’s a configurable chance the result comes out slightly wrong. Or slightly too good. Or just wrong enough to matter.
It’s a simple concept that adds real depth to potion-heavy servers — survival, RPG, PvP, economy — anywhere potions have value, instability makes them interesting.
### What it does
– 🎲 **Five outcome types** — Duration Shift, Amplifier Shift, Inversion, Side-Effect, and Jackpot, all weighted and independently configurable
– 🧫 **Ingredient influence** — optional system where specific brewing ingredients (Glowstone, Redstone, etc.) push the instability chance higher
– 📋 **Per-potion rules** — enable or disable instability per potion type, control inversion per type, set per-type chance multipliers
– 🌍 **World gating** — whitelist or blacklist worlds where unstable behavior is active
– 🎨 **Visual markers** — unstable potions optionally show name/lore markers and fire particles when used
– 🔒 **HMAC tag signing** — every unstable potion is cryptographically tagged at brew time and validated at use time, blocking duplication exploits and NBT tampering
– 🥛 **Milk integration** — drinking milk can clear tracked side-effect debuffs
– 🖥️ **Full in-game Admin GUI** — every setting is adjustable without touching a config file
– 📊 **Debug metrics + audit logging** — live outcome counters, suspicious-tag detection, in-game notifications
### Why servers want this
Potions being perfectly reliable makes them commodities. When there’s a chance your Strength II potion turns on you, or your Speed potion comes out stronger than expected, the brewing economy gets more interesting. Skilled brewers who understand the risk are rewarded; casual use carries actual stakes.
The plugin is built cleanly — no database, no repeating tasks, no background polling. It hooks into brew and consume events and stays out of the way otherwise.
### GUI controls
The entire plugin is managed through a multi-page in-game GUI (`/unstablepotions admin`). Pages cover Brewing settings, Outcome weights, Safety caps, Potion rules, Visuals, World rules, Performance, and Admin tools. Everything saves and applies immediately.
### Security & performance
– Potions are signed with HMAC on brew and verified on use — no outcome fires without a valid tag
– Suspicious activity (invalid tags with visual markers) is logged and shown to notified admins
– Particle rate limiting and a per-tick event budget keep things controlled on busy servers
– Tipped arrow support and lingering cloud processing are both off by default to avoid unnecessary overhead
—
If you want potion brewing to have some actual risk, drop this in and tune the numbers to fit your server.

Unlit Fires
# | DESCRIPTION |
Adds an unlit variant to campfires and soul fire items. Crafted campfires will be unlit. You can light them with a flint and steel and put them out with a shovel. Mining the campfire with silk touch will preserve its state. Note: Campfires from other sources, like trading and creative mode, will be lit.
# | VERSIONS |
Currently supports Minecraft Java “`1.21.4-1.21.11“`.
# | COMPATIBILITY |
Incompatible with any datapack modifying the loot table or crafting recipe of the campfire. The texture can be changed in items/campfire_unlit and items/soul_campfire_unlit.
# | OTHER CREATORS’ PACKS |
I know there are other packs that do this same thing, and may even use the same (or very similar) texture. I developed this without inspiration from these, and used vanilla features and avoided the use of functions.
### Here are the 2 datapacks I found that had this idea first:

Unlit Campfire Placement
**⚠️ This data pack requires the server-side mod Item Components ⚠️**
# 🔥 Unlit Campfire Placement
– **Campfires are unlit when placed down**, requiring you to ignite them using a Flint and Steel
– **Building with Campfires** is now easier
– **Compatible with vanilla clients**, without any disparity

### Port to another Minecraft version? Which versions are supported?
Sorry, but I do not backport any mod to an older version. Here is a list of all supported and planned versions: Minecraft mod versions of cech12
### Is there a Fabric version?
Yes, for Minecraft 1.16 there is a Fabric version of this mod. Since 1.20.4 Fabric and Quilt are officially supported. There is no plan to backport Fabric support to earlier Minecraft versions than 1.20.4. For 1.19, please check out the mod Survival Campfire.
### Where is the config file?
There is a defaultconfig directory, where you can find it. If you change something there it has only an effect on new savegames. For existing savegames you need to go to the serverconfig directory of the savegame.
