Hello and Welcome to my little Resourcepack: **SymbolicSubtitles**!

As the name implies: _This Resourcepack adds little symbols to subtitles for specific mobs, blocks and actions_ and thus spices them up. The usefullness of this pack is debatable but I personally enjoy using it since I started creating it and the idea to use font symbols for icons is quite new or at least unique and barely known.

The original version of this Resourcepack _also includes a custom font_ which is based on the minecraft font but a little bit more dense. If you want to keep the default font of minecraft download the versions with “mcfont”.

**Supported Languages:**
– English (United States) → en_us
– German (Deutschland) → de_de
– Spanish (México) → es_mx

Note that this Resourcepack will work at least since 1.20. It should work for coming versions as long as Mojang doesn’t change the way font is applied but newer subtitles for mobs won’t show up as symbols if you use an outdated version (I’m planning to update this Resourcepack every now and then)

Versions before v1.6 (pre-1.21.9) let you paste the symbols used for subtitles in chat and on signs. Just look into the .txt-file inside the Resourcepack-folder called “Symbol-Representations”.
Newer versions (1.21.9+) however use custom font symbols which comes with the great advantage of more flexibility without sacrificing existing symbols. However symbols can no longer be simply pasted and must be set in creative mode using commands!

If the Resourcepack seems to not work check whether there is another pack above it that customizes your font!

Wie der Name schon sagt peppt dieses Paket die Untertitel etwas auf, indem es Symbole für Kreaturen, Aktionen und Blöcke hinzufügt. Wie nützlich das ganze ist sei mal dahingestellt, aber ich persönlich liebe es damit zu spielen.

Die Originalversion dieses Pakets fügt außerdem eine _neue Schriftart_ hinzu, welche eine etwas verfeinerte und kompaktere Version der Minecraft-Schriftart darstellt. Falls du lieber mit der Minecraft-Schrift spielen möchtest, dann lade die Version mit “mcfont” im Namen herunter.

Ich kann keinerlei Funktionalität vor dem 1.20 Update garantieren. Außerdem sei zu bedenken, dass mit neuen Updates neue Untertitel für Kreaturen hinzugefügt werden. Ältere Versionen können diese nicht modifizieren. Jedoch versuche ich das Paket einigermaßen auf dem aktuellen Stand zu halten.

Für Versionen bis v1.5 (1.21.8) können die in den Untertiteln genutzten Symbole aus der im Pack enthaltenen .txt-Datei “Symbol-Representations” in den Chat oder auf Schildern eingefügt werden.
Neuere Versionen (1.21.9+) machen Gebrauch von benutzerdefinierten Symbolen, was mit einer größeren Flexibilität einhergeht, ohne existierende Symbole zu ersetzen. Allerdings können die Symbole nun nicht mehr einfach eingefügt werden. Dafür müssen Befehle genutzt werden (nur Kreativmodus)!

Sollte das Paket keinen Effekt zeigen, dann überprüfe, ob du nicht schon ein anderes Resourcenpaket nutzt, welches Untertitel oder Schriftart ändert!

Das Paket darf überall verwendet werden und ich fände es toll, wenn ich als Ersteller angegeben werde! **Gib dich oder andere Personen nie fälschlicherweise als Ersteller dieses Pakets aus**
