[MTR/NTE] PolyCity – Decorative objects

The pack adds several scripted objects in wavefront format, some of them have scripts, others are static.

Eye-candies:
* Billboard – has randomized advertising. You can add new advertisements by changing script
* Bus stop – a modern bus stop that also has randomized advertising
* Escalators – old metropolitan escalator with animated stairs. Has no collision, just a decoration
* Street stand – closes when night falls
* Trash bins – regular trash bins

Custom fences:
The resource pack contains several replacements for MTR rails in the form of a fence:
* Blank gray Russian Railways fence
* Fence with barbed wire
