In 26.1 Snapshot 3, the tripwire texture was changed to be opaque when not attached to a tripwire hook. But tripwire often gets used to prevent crops from growing by being placed on them or has other cases where it has to be invisible. This texture pack changes the texture back to being transparent instead of an alpha cutout.
