**Summit** is a realistic texture pack for Minecraft, designed to enhance your game with a touch of natural beauty. It’s subtle, refined, and compatible with a range of systems.
## Summit 64x is now free!

## Features:
– **Varied Resolutions:** Choose from 16x to 64x to match your system.
– **Balanced Realism:** Enhanced textures that feel right at home in Minecraft.
– **Optimized Performance:** Smooth and efficient gameplay experience.
Subtly Dungeons is a passion project designed to feel like a natural continuation of Minecraft. We take abandoned, classic vanilla concepts and “canon” features from spin-offs like Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Legends and add them directly into the game. The goal isn’t to drastically overhaul how Minecraft plays, but rather to add some of the pieces of the wider “universe” that feel like they’ve been missing, to expand your adventure, combat, and building potential!
We do this through a design philosophy we call Vanilla Parity. This means every new block, mob, biome, and mechanic is designed to feel as if Mojang had added it themselves. We want these features to blend right into your regular survival world. Instead of feeling like you’re playing a heavily modded game, it should just feel like you’ve just jumped ahead a few updates.
Whether you’re a veteran player looking for new challenges, a fan of the classic survival experience, or a builder looking for new blocks, there’s something here for you. Some features may not be your cup of tea, and many can be disabled via gamerules or through the native game options.
We also try to be receptive to feedback we get via YouTube, Discord, and GitHub, so please feel free to send us your criticisms or praises! It always helps!
# Highlighted Features
Read the full release changelogs for the full list of features!
## Slow Down & Explore!
**The Tent**: Sleep through the night to skip darkness or rain without resetting your spawn point! It’s perfect for long expeditions where you don’t want to lose your home bed spawn
**Hunt and Gather**: Take time to hunt herds of animals, chasing them down as they run away from you! Or frolic through a forest foraging for mushrooms… just be sure they’re not poisonous!
**Campfire Changes**: Campfires are now crafted unlit. You can light them with a flint and steel, or simply by rubbing sticks together!

## A Living World
**Atmosphere**: Experience the world with the sounds of soft breezes, howling winds, and reactive screen shake for loud events like lightning or roars
**Soundtrack**: Explore to the tune of new tracks by Peter Hont, Crispin Hands, and other Minecraft music composers
**Strategic Fishing**: Fishing is no longer random. Different fish now inhabit specific biomes (Salmon in rivers, Cod in cold oceans, Tropical Fish in warm waters, etc.), which reward you for traveling!
**Lively Animals**: Watch as your farm animals search for cover from the rain, desert cats laze around during the day and come out at night, and spiders crawl realistically up walls

## New UI
**Last Played**: See where you left off in your world with new thumbnails!
**New World Creation**: Check out the Bedrock Edition inspired World Creation Screen!

## Better Building
**New Materials**: Build with Polished Dripstone, Snow Bricks, Stone Pillars, Iron Grates, and more!
**Flora**: Dense Reeds now generate in swamps to add a bit of atmosphere to the wetlands
**_”Makes Things more Vibrant, lore-accurate, and Artistically Consistent”._**
**_(The purpose of this pack is to make the game more asteticaly consistent and have the vibe of if minecraft updated but kept the same cartoonishly vibrent style it had in -ALPHA-)._**
**This Resourcepack makes the grass and foliage colormap more vibrant to better match the very vibrant water and resemble the ALPHA & BETA Minecraft colors.**
**A lot of the item textures are more artistically consistent with Minecraft’s art style, more square, and the textures match what they’re supposed to represent better.**
**Some 3D items are now 2D sprites to be more consistent with the items that are already 2D.**
**All the food has animations when eaten, only works on 1.21.4+.**
**The UIs are reworked to all be unique a couple of them won’t work without /OptiGUI Mod.**
**The effect icons are changed.**
**Many of the mob textures are changed either to be more lore accurate, consistent, or simply to look _”better in my opinion, of course”._ Some have emissive textures that didn’t before w/ETF&EMF Mods.**
**Furnace, Torch, XP Bottle, Eye of Ender, and Crying Obsidian are animated.**
**Cactuses “Cacti” have Arms, Dripstone, Mushrooms, & the Mace are 3D.**
**Leaf blocks are Dungeons style bushy.**
**There’s some special clouds you might see every once in awhile.**
**All the blocks that canonically should glow are now emmisive w/Continuity Mod.**
**The Ominous blocks, items, and effects are retextured with white eyes to resemble HIM.**
**All the weapons, tools, and armor have unique textures & shapes from each other instead of all being the same just with different colors.**
– **_If you don’t like certain features get the Respackopts Mod [https://modrinth.com/mod/respackopts] I made some things togglable. If theres any other things you think I should make togglable tell me on Github [https://github.com/STEVE-IDK/Issues/issues] and chances are there’s an alt texture for something you don’t like in the alternate stuff folder in the assets folder of the pack._**

_**”This Resourcepack is not affiliated with any of these Mods”.**_ Compatible, meaning this resourcepack has files within it that have my own textures and models that override and change things featured in these Mods to make them more Compatible and consistent with the style of this resourcepack, such as,
### **[Examples]**
**Friends&Foes**|
The Rascal Mob, The Wildfire Mob
**Subtle Effects**|
The Water&Lava Splash Effects
**Falling Leaves**|
Made the Spruce Leaf have its own texture “Just make sure the confier setting is above 0”
**Cherished Worlds**|
Made the Star an unlit and lit Redstone torch
So things won’t be inconsistent or out of place if you have these Mods installed and this resourcepack applied.
You do [**NOT**] need any of these Mods for this resourcepack to work, but they are great Mods that I use often myself, that’s why this resourcepack is compatible with them.

Update Log⚒️
### Update V1.2:
* **Bug fix**
* **Balancing Enchantment**
* **Slightly reduced the chance of dungeon spawning**
Super simple texture pack that changes your Totem of Undying texture to a steak! For the time being, this works in any version of 1.21, and generally, this should work in any version from 1.14 to 1.21 (because in 1.14 they changed the item textures, and I’m not really sure if this the steak texture matches the one before 1.14). This pack is actually heavily inspired by Beppo’s Totem of Undying texture, so I decided to make that into an accessible for everyone pack! The translations for it are currently available in 30 of the most popular/common Minecraft languages.

## What does this mod do?
All errors displayed in the console and all crash reports will be remapped from unreadable production names (e.g.
`net.minecraft.class_310`) to readable mapped names (e.g. `net.minecraft.client.MinecraftClient`).
This allows mod developers to more easily identify issues in a non-development environment, as the errors are instantly
human-readable.

## Mappings Overview
Mappings are downloaded and parsed asynchronously. They are downloaded only once per version.
Yarn and Quilt refresh their version every 48 hours to check for updates.
¹: Mojang mappings are not compressed
²: Sizes as of 12th May 2024 (1.20.6 is latest)
Squared Shadow
This is a Texture Pack, originally designed for “[Better Than Adventure!](https://www.betterthanadventure.net/)”, and consequentially Beta 1.7.3 (although it will work with ANY version of Minecraft that has a Shadow, since the location and filename has never changed, despite the outdated Resource Pack version warning), that gives the Entities a squared Shadow, instead of a circular one. Consistency, my beloved.

Whislt the concept of the minecraft spear is al well and good, it’s inaccurate.
It has the fuctionality of a lance, (one of the elements within this pack) and yet resembles a semi-primitive weapon.
## Now it can be otherwise!
By naming your spear Lochaber, Lance, or Trishula, (including the material name) it will appear as so.
If you want any specific polearm weapon added in your name, colour, scheme, ect (or regular material) please join the Imortals Packs discord and drop it in the suggestions chat.
### One last thing
If you like my packs: please consider supporting and/or donating to me on [Ko-Fi](https://ko-fi.com/limeimortal),
My Ko-Fi supporters also get a say in what packs I make next.
It helps so much, and means a lot.
Also: for anyone wanting a custom pack made for them; also send a dm to Lime_void on the Imortals Packs discord with your specific suggestion, your reason (if you have one) and a colour pallet if you want, a size, a name (optional) and what mod (or base minecraft) it should be for within.
