I’m working on a pirate mod, so I’ve put together this resource pack featuring some of the textures i’ve prepared. In it you’ll find cutlasses, a variety of flintlock pistols, muskets and harpoons, and some fancy pirate headwear! (｡･∀･)ﾉﾞ
### ⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️
**Thanks to new features introduced in Minecraft 1.21.5, you can now use this resource pack in full vanilla for that version — and future ones too!**
On the other hand, if you’re playing on an earlier version (1.20 to 1.21), you’ll need to install one of the following mods:

Due to the limited palette, the colourmap has been disabled. I recommend connected textures mods like OptiFine or Continuity to enable biome colours!
This pack was created in Microsoft Paint with a mouse (other programs were used for adding transparency to textures). Oh, and I only used Microsoft Paint’s default colour palette of 20 different colours (aside from hard-coded colours, but even they have been changed using OptiFine.). This started as a joke, but has grown into a fully developed and compete resource pack 😛

## More Torch Variants
There’s sticks from all types of wood, what stops you from putting coal on top of it and then lighting that on fire to produce light? Nothing anymore.

Looking at a tunnel in a Mesa Mineshaft: We can see that instead of regular _Oak Torches_ and _Oak Rail_, the game now generates the mineshaft with _**Dark Oak Torches**_ and _**Dark Oak Rail**_ (from More Rail Variants).

## More Stick Variants
Planks already exist in all the wood types, naturally, and we can use those to craft ‘More X Variant’ items. But what if the crafting recipe only includes Sticks?
That’s what More Stick Variants has come to solve, all variant mods that mainly need sticks in their recipes will be based upon this mod.

While not an “MStV+” mod, Nemo’s Campfires is fully compatible with More Stick Variants and is basically what a _More Campfire Variants_ mod would’ve looked like if I had made one.
Variant mods with items whose crafting recipes include Sticks (like More Grindstone Variants, currently the only one) are all compatible with More Stick Variants.
This mod also includes updates to all recipes using sticks so that all Variant Sticks can be used and specifically Fences, Fence Gates and Signs who are by nature already seperated by wood type will now only use their appropriate Stick Variant, see the crafting recipe gifs below:

Unfortunately, the vanilla Stick crafting recipe has to be overridden for the crafting of the variants to function.
But usually these mods add their wood types to the Vanilla recipe, which creates a conflict. Fortunately, there is also a fairly easy way around this issue.
That is what the “More Compatibility Variants” are for:
These datapacks/mods resolve this issue across all of our “More X Variants” mods, so you can craft sticks and other vanilla items/blocks just as you would expect.

## More Smoker Variants
There is now a smoker variant every wood type and even the other basic stone types, namely **Blackstone1** and **Cobbled Deepslate1**.

Note: This is for versions without More Furnace Variants.
### Example: Crimson Blackstone Smoker
Instead of the furnace variant, you can use a regular furnace and fill the remaining four corner slots of the crafting grid with the relevant stone: Blackstone for Blackstone and Cobbled Deepslate for Deepslate.

## More Shield Variants
Not only can you now craft a shield of every wood type, there is also two options for each shield variant’s texture.
On one hand there are custom textures unique to each different wood type designed by hypothetiKal, and then there is also a more traditional texture which is simply a recolored version of the original shield texture (which is now used as the texture of the Spruce Shield).
> **_The texture (custom or vanilla-like) can be selected for each shield individually via the mod’s config file or simply using Mod Menu._**
All textures on display – cycling through custom and vanilla-like – using More Armor Stand Variants.
