In addition to adding all vanilla hostile mobs, this datapack adds hostile mobs from the FroggyCraft modpack to the frog food list of (**_SpaceFrog’s Hungry Hungry Frogs_**) datapack. If you’re running some or all of the mods from FroggyCraft that add custom hostile mobs, this datapack will expand the types of mobs frogs can eat. However, if you run this datapack without the base SpaceFrog’s Hungry Hungry Frogs datapack, your frogs will be left pretty underpowered, and no one wants to see a frog exploded by a creeper! The base datapack adds buffs to frogs to make sure your froggy friends stand a good chance in any fight they get into.
This datapack is also a good option for those running vanilla Minecraft who want to give all frogs the ability to attack hostile vanilla mobs without the getting the buffs found in SpaceFrog’s Hungry Hungry Frogs.
Soul Link
This data pack adds a new Soul Link enchantment.
This enchantment returns the item with this enchantment to you upon your death.
Requires general GalLab resourcepack
## Since version 1.6 (1.21+) it now uses the enchantment system instead of a custom item. So enchanting items is done through an anvil.
##
There are three variants of this enchantment:
– **Soul Link** – the normal version of the enchantment. The item will always return to you after death.
Can be found in chests in Ancient City, with a small chance to be fished in the Deep Dark biome, or as a drop from Warden.
– **Weak Soul Link** – Weakened version of Soul Link. Enchantment level will decrease with each death. Can transform into Unstable Soul Link. Can be found in chests in Ancient City, with a small chance to be fished in any biome.
– **Unstable Soul Link** – A special version of Soul Link that will save the player’s entire inventory, then the item with this enchantment will be destroyed after the player’s death.
To obtain this enchantment on any item, drop a Resonating Soul / Weak Resonating Soul with the desired item on the Enchanting Table.
The item will be returned even if you die in lava or the void.
A Minecraft Fabric mod that gives entities collisions and interactions like blocks or boats already do.
Standing on a mob has you move with them, and you can hold crouch to stick to the mob and not fall off (as can happen with high lag).
Slimes can be set to be bouncy like slime blocks.
Mobs can be set to take a percentage of fall damage when fallen on.
The config(*”minecraft/config/solid_mobs.json”*) and command (*/solid_mobs*) allows tweaking of certain collisions, for example you can disable player collisions, pet collisions, & even tweak the amount of fall damage transferred to mobs being fallen onto.
For multiplayer this mod **MUST** be on both the **server and client**, *(single player is fine)* otherwise you will have stuttering and de-sync while colliding with mobs *(you won’t crash or any issue like that, but it is annoying)*.
## Example video
## Features
– all living mobs are collide-able (with some exceptions that can be set by the config & some hardcoded like the ender dragon that act a bit weird)
– config file (*”minecraft/config/solid_mobs.json”*) can be set to enable or disable certain collisions and tweak fall damage transfer amount among other settings
– Command `/solid_mobs` allows controlling all settings in-game
– option to have the mobs fallen onto take a percentage of the fall damage
– option to have slimes be bouncy like slime blocks
– option to disable specific mob collisions
– option to only collide with the top surface of mobs like platforms
– when walking/riding a mob you move with them
– can hold crouch while on a mob to snap to it and never fall off
– Server config will sync with joining clients
– mod will auto disable if the server does not have this mod installed
