# Woodcutter
This datapack adds the ability to cut all wood types into further processed forms like planks, stairs and slabs using the stonecutter.

## Why I decided to do stuff the way I did
You might have wondered why you can’t craft fences, fence gates, doors and trapdoors using planks in the stonecutter, but can with logs. The reason is that I decided that you should at max get 0.5 extra planks for using the stonecutter instead of the crafting table, as that’s the max you get in vanilla, when crafting a stone stair that would cost 1.5 stones in a crafting table. Here’s a table about the plank cost of every wooden block that further illustrates the point I’m trying to make here.

> Hanging signs aren’t on this table, because their crafting recipe includes chains.
You can now further craft shelves from logs and stripped logs 1:1, since their crafting recipe is 6:6. You cannot, however, craft them from wood blocks (bark on all sides), as there is no vanilla crafting recipe to convert a wood block back to a log.

## Overview
Wood Cutter is a datapack that overhauls Minecraft Stonecutter, enabling it to craft wooden items like a dedicated woodworking station. Designed for players who want streamlined building without mods, it retains vanilla balance while expanding the stonecutter’s utility for all 6 classic wood types (oak, spruce, jungle, birch, dark oak, acacia).
## Features
Stonecutter Woodworking:
Craft planks, slabs, stairs, fences, doors, trapdoors, and signs directly in the stonecutter.
Optional config to disable vanilla crafting table recipes (e.g., force fences to be stonecutter-only).
Adjust plank/stair yields for balance.
Optimized Performance:
Minimal lag during /reload (v3.4 improvements).
No visual glitches (axes no longer “consumed”).

Fabric, Forge, or Vanilla (no mods required!).
Most resource packs and performance mods (e.g., Sodium, OptiFine).
Conflicts:
Datapacks/mods that alter vanilla stonecutter behavior (e.g., Terralith, Vanilla Tweaks).
Not compatible with Minecraft 1.15+.

Download WoodCutter_v3.4.zip.
Drag into your world’s datapacks folder.
Run /reload or restart your world.

Q: Do all vanilla wood recipes work in the stonecutter?
A: Yes! All 6 wood types (oak, spruce, jungle, birch, dark oak, acacia) are supported.
Q: Can I disable certain recipes?
A: Yes! Edit the config file to toggle specific recipes or yields.
Q: Does this work with Fresh Animations or other resource packs?
A: Yes, but use the optional texture pack for stonecutter GUI hints.
Q: Backports to newer versions?
A: This version is exclusive to 1.13.X. For 1.15+, check our updated packs!
## Limitations
No support for post-1.14 blocks (e.g., Bamboo, Crimson).

# WonderTech
WonderTech expands on BigGlobe with a variety of tech, magic and exploration mods.
A number of datapacks extending support for these mods to Big Globe have been developed,
adding a whole bunch more content to be found in the world.
Vast cave systems and over 20 new ores from *GragTech CEu Modern*, *Mekanism*, *Immersive Engineering* and more can be found underground, while *Ars Nouveau*, *Iron’s Spells ‘n Spellbooks*, *Dungeons and Taverns* and *YUNG’s Structures* add structures that can be found throughout the world. 3 new worlds have also been added, with *Eternal Starlight*, *The Undergarden* and *Deeper and Darker* each adding a new dimension to explore, and a whole bunch more mods add items, mobs, blocks, tools and more.
## Notes
– GregTech is broken. As of writing this I’ve put enough time into “forward-porting” features from 1.20(version that GTCEUM targets) to 1.21.1(this modpack) to realise that life has no meaning.
– This pack is quite intensive. I would recomend 16GB of ram and at least 8 strong cores.
– Press _R_ to reload the shader – this might be needed when resizing the window.
## Install Server
#### Using mrpack-install
To install the server, install mrpack-install and run `mrpack-install wondertech`
`mrpack-install update wondertech` doesn’t currently work. But running `mrpack-install wondertech` again should work. Make sure you have a backup though.
Mario Wonder-like Standees

Mario Wonder like revival!
**This aims to replicate the revival system that comes from Super Mario Bros: Wonder!**
On Death. You will turn into a ghost at the place of your death with a few seconds to get revived.
The duration is 15 seconds on death instead of the 5 seconds due to the more open-space that Minecraft is to either go to a standee (Armour Stand) or an alive player to be revived!
If the duration runs out. You will respawn at your spawnpoint.
